The Movement Mentor PT

Since I was 14 years old I have had an interest in training. I had my first personal trainer and my love for exercise bloomed.

In the last 20 plus years I have had an on-off relationship with exercise, however it had really cemented after I turned 30.

Not only has this been a physical journey for me but a major psychological journey. Consistent exercise and having the right coaches around me has immensely improved my mental health and overall lifestyle. This is something that I  enjoy giving back to my clients.

There are many ways to move and many different fitness levels. No matter what that level is, I encourage you to move in the ways that resonate with you.

My most recent journey since late 2019 has been power lifting. Working with an all female team, smashing goals and challenging my body to do things I could never have dreamed possible! Even winning silver in 2023 in Northern NSW. I continue to grow and build my powerlifting skills and I am excited for my upcoming competitions. I am also taking clients in 2024 to compete.

I encourage my clients to move in ways that they want to and not let other people define  their strengths, weakness’s, and realize the only limitation is yourself!

Now is the time to be healthy physically and mentally at every shape and size.
